性质: 具有多个羰基又有α-活泼氢的化合物,在碱(氢氧化钠、醇钠等)作用下一个羰基的α-碳原子加到另一个羰基碳原子上,生成环状的α-羟酮。进一步脱水成为环状的α,β-不饱和酮。是可逆平衡反应,由反应物和生成物的结构,使用的碱等因素决定。五元和六元环比较容易生成。
