By referring to the foil conveying in YB45 hard packet packer,the YB25 soft packer was equipped with a suction belt for foil conveying,the problem of foil's travelling deviation was well solved,the packet defects were reduced,and the adaptability of YB25 soft packer to the foil of different specifications was also improved.
借鉴YB45型硬盒包装机的铝箔纸输送结构设计,采用真空吸风带式铝箔纸输送方式对YB25型包装机进行了改进,较好地解决了铝箔纸跑偏问题,减少了烟包质量缺陷,提高了YB25型软盒包装机对不同规格铝箔纸材料的适应性。

As a solution to oil leak at the second cigarette pusher caused by wide clearance between pusher shaft and sleeve and oil temperature rise,two sets of conjugate cams were adopted to control the horizontal and vertical movement of the second pusher in YB47 hard packer respectively,and the pusher accomplished the movement by means of rolling instead of sliding in its sleeve.
为此,在YB47型硬盒包装机烟支第二推进器采用两组共轭凸轮机构,分别控制第二推进器推杆的前后运动和上下运动,推杆轴不再与轴套相对滑动,只需在推杆轴套内转动即可实现推烟动作。
