In this paper an acidic precipitation agent bearing mercapta was used to capture heavy metals (including Cu, Pb, Sn and Fe) from the HNO 3-type wastewater in the solder stripping process of PCB factories.
该文提出用巯基沉淀剂来沉淀硝酸型退铅锡废水中的重金属离子 (Cu ,Fe ,Pb ,Sn) ,实验结果表明 ,适宜的沉淀条件为 :在搅拌下将巯基沉淀剂P按理论量加入 ,同时按每升废液通入还原性添加剂二氧化硫 1 2 g和 3～ 5mL ,1 % (W /W)PAM (分子量为 4 0 0 0 0 0 )絮凝剂 ,沉淀过滤后其退锡速度和退锡容量等性能与原退锡液无异 ,该工艺可使PCB企业的退铅锡废水实现循环使用。

CeO_2-ZrO_2 solid solutions calcined at 500 ℃ an d 900 ℃ were prepared by co-precipitation method using different precipitation agents.
分别采用氨水和草酸铵溶液两种不同沉淀剂的共沉淀方法制备了500℃焙烧和900℃老化的CeO2-ZrO2固溶体,并利用X射线衍射(XRD),H2程序升温还原法(H2-TPR)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等方法对固溶体及其前驱体进行表征,结果表明:不同沉淀剂的共沉淀方法对样品的性能有重要的影响。
