Totally, 79 precipitation samples were collected at Qianliyan island and Maidao in 1998, and analyzed to determine the concentration for 12 major ions (H+ , NH+4 , K+ , Na+ , Ca2+ , Mg2+ , F- , Cl- , NO-3 , SO2-4, SiO2-3 , PO3-4), and the wet deposition of 11 major ions except H+ was calculated.
