Based on the questionnaire survey on the consumers perceptions of knitted silk garments,this paper uses SPSS software and multivariate analysis to correlate analysis,thus finds the elements which control and affect consuming decision and evaluation of the silk knitted garments.

真丝织物具有优良的悬垂性，柔和的光泽，特殊的丝鸣感，尤其是良好的舒适性和保健作用，深受人们的喜爱。但是，真丝织物在洗涤或润湿时容易起皱。为了改善真丝回弹性能，国内外已进行了许多研究，其中以马来酸酐作为抗皱整理剂时，实验证明其耐久定形效果较好。目前，此种工艺是用焦硫酸钾作为防皱整理的催化剂，由于焦硫酸钾具有氧化性，因此处理后会使织物泛黄，强力下降显著。
纳米技术近年来已成为新崛起的一门高新技术，由于小粒子尺寸进入纳米量级(1～lOOnm)时，其本身具有表面效应，小尺寸效应，量子尺寸效应和宏观量子隧道效应，因而展现出许多特有的性质，并在诸多领域广泛应用。纳米材料在纺织工业中可用于防紫外、红外线反射，导电和抗菌除臭等功能整理，而且它具有较强的催化性(包括防皱交联催化)，国内有人曾用纳米氧化钛作催化剂取得了较好的效果。
本实验使用的纳米氧化硅是自行研制(采用湿法生产)的纳米材料，其化学活性点多，反应活性优于纳米氧化钛。实验选用纳米氧化硅作防皱整理中多羧酸的催化剂，取得了很好效果。这对提高纺织品的档次具有现实意义和经济价值
