性质: 又名脑清。本品为(αS, βR, γR)型熔点124.5~125℃,其盐酸盐熔点197.5~199℃。用丙酸和苯酚为原料制得。本品为β-受体兴奋剂,是一种血管扩张药,它作用于冠状动脉及周围血管系统,血管平滑肌和骨骼平滑肌,可增加脑血流量32%~43%,用于脑血栓,脑动脉硬化,脑血管痉挛引起的头痛,高血压引起的弥散性脑痛,大脑皮层回沟出血、偏头痛、血栓性静脉炎、静脉溃疡曲张、冻疮、动脉硬化型的视网膜病变、早产及先兆性流产,手术后胎盘出血。制剂为片剂,注射剂。
