材料：鲑鱼一小片、洋芋一个、土司一片。
做法：
1.鲑鱼洗净，蒸热，去皮去骨，捣碎备用。
2.洋芋蒸熟，去皮后捣碎，加入鲑鱼泥，再加少许盐调味，搅拌均匀，即为三明冶之馅料。
3.土司对角切成三角形，将做好之鲑鱼芋泥抹匀于土司上，盖上另一半片即可。
