结病患病率


  指某地区某一时期一定人群中,患活动性结核病的百分率。其中包括新发病和已登记的活动性肺结核病人,常用集体肺部x线检查所发现的活动性结核病人数来计算。诊断除参考症状体征和x线检查外,更重要的是以验痰发现结核菌。计算公式如下:结核病患病率(%)=×100患病率调查一般采用抽样或重点按职业系统调查的方法进行。检查人数不应少于应检查人数的90%,重点调查应尽量做到一区或一个集体全部人员参加,普查的主要目的是早期发现结核病,使患者在无自觉症状时得以及时治疗,同时也不致传染他人。
