The result of the experiment shows that in the anti-blow cleaning dust fabric filter system,if the dust load on the fabric bag is bigger,the dust collection will be more effective.

By way of experiment, this paper proved that none of prolonging of reversetime, increasing reverse velocity, repeated reversing and increasing times of cleaning can improve results of reverse gas cleaning for baghouses, and that reverse gas/sonic cleaning can decrease residual dustcake mass and residual pressure drop effectively, and prolong largely the cleaning cycle.

The article introduces the structure and property of GZF type high frequency and librate bag filter with opposite inhale cleaning dust, analyses the exsiting problems in practice, and point out two plans of improving its function.
