豉汁青红椒
【材料】
青椒2个、红辣椒5支、大蒜2瓣、豆豉2茶匙
调味料
高汤半碗、盐1茶匙、味精少许、麻油少许、湿淀粉少许
【作法】
1.青椒每个切4等份、去籽，红辣椒切除蒂头，蒜切片。
2.油锅备热油，将青椒、红辣椒放入锅里，炸至外皮薄膜胀起，捞出泡冷水。
3.将青椒、红辣椒剥皮膜并切小段。
4.锅内爆香蒜片及豆豉，放入青椒、红辣椒及高汤，并加入盐、味精烧煮3分钟，淋湿淀粉勾芡，最后淋入麻油即可。
