性质:又称分解络合法,通过加热分解,冷却络合的操作实现回流的方法。氨基甲酸酯-CO2体系富集13C时,加热底回流器中的氨基甲酸酯。[R2NCOO]-+[H2NR2]2R2NH+CO2↑使其分解成胺和CO2(R为正丁基),进行底回流。室温下用泵打入主塔上的R2NH2吸收交换塔顶部出来的CO2,2R2NH+CO2[R2NCOO]-+[H2NR2]又重新生成氨基甲酸酯,回流入塔,进行顶回流,实现同位素多级交换过程。
