原料/调料

鲨鱼肉 1斤 蒜苗 3支 姜 1小块 红辣椒 1支 盐 1/2小匙 酱油 1小匙

制作流程

(1)将鲨鱼肉洗净,切成宽2公分、长3公分的块状备用。

(2)蒜苗切斜段、姜切薄片、红辣椒切斜片备用。

(3)在中华锅里倒入2大匙的油,烧热后,放入姜片炒香,再放入鲨鱼肉、盐,至鱼肉变色。

(4)将蒜苗、辣椒片放入,一起拌炒均匀,起锅前加入酱油,增加色泽及香味即可。
