捻转补泻 捻转补泻 针刺补泻手法之一。原称子午补泻。指针刺中以向左捻转或向右捻转来区分补泻。《标幽赋》：“迎夺右而泻凉，随济左而补暖。”今多以捻转的幅度、频率和次数来分别补泻。以捻转幅度较小（180°左右）、频率较慢、次数较少者为补；以捻转幅度较大（360°以上）、频率较快、次数较多者为泻。参见子午补泻条。
