性质:带有两级转鼓和卸料螺旋的沉降离心机。是卧螺离心机的革新。在传统的卧螺中,物料被刮出液面之后,只经过很短的输送距离(称干燥段),即延续很短时间(0.5~1s)进一步脱水即被卸料。此处物料所处的半径只有沉降段的0.5左右。分离因数低,干燥效果差。对此,本机型在干燥段直径突然扩大到接近沉降段,故干燥段的分离因数和停留时间都相应增加,排渣的含液量降低,使分离性能大大地改善。此机型是1995年德国首次设计,并用于PVC脱水获得成功的新机型。
