性质:应用表面活性剂来提高显色反应的增溶、增敏作用的一类分光光度法。表面活性剂的两亲(亲油、亲水)结构特征,使一些不溶于水的螯合物由于胶束增溶生成水溶性物,得以直接水相光度测定。胶束相的介质性质与水相不同,引起吸收光谱的进一步变化,使显色体系吸光度增大,而起到增敏作用。各种类型的表面活性剂,或几种表面活性剂的共同都有增敏效应,并改善显色反应的选择性和有色配位化合物的稳定性。
