【来源】
为玄参科植物长筒马先蒿的花。
【植物形态】
长筒马先蒿 低矮草本，高10～20厘米。根束生，表皮深褐色。茎单生或丛生，直立，不分枝。基出叶常成密丛，有长柄；茎叶互生；叶片羽状浅裂至深裂。披针形至狭长圆形，裂片5～9对，有重锯齿，齿常有胼胝而反卷。花均腋生；萼管状，齿2枚，掌状分裂，裂片有锯齿；花冠2唇形，黄色，在下唇近喉处有棕红色的斑点2个，花管细长，下唇3个裂片均有明显的凹头。蒴果披针形。种子狭卵圆形。花期5～10月。 生于高山草甸及溪流两旁。分布云南、四川、西藏等地。

《西藏常用中草药》："性寒，味涩。"
【功用主治】
①《西藏常用中草药》："利水，涩精。治水肿，遗精，耳鸣，口干舌燥，痈肿。" ②《陕甘宁青中草药选》："清热除湿。治肝炎，胆囊炎，小便带脓血。"
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，2～3钱。
