性质:在偏振光激发下,荧光体发射的荧光亦是偏振光,从而在乎行和垂直于激发光偏振方向所观察到的荧光强度I//和I⊥是不同的。荧光偏振可以用荧光偏振度P和各向异性r来度量。荧光偏振与荧光体的分子形状、转动速度,与荧光体的吸光对偏振激发的取向、光选择性、激发矩与发射矩是否共线等因素有关。P和r的测量可揭示荧光体吸收光子和随后发射光子的平均角移。
