原料：白萝卜300克，鸡蛋1个。调料：花生油10克，盐10克，味精10克，白糖3克，干生粉适量。
制法: （1）白萝卜去皮切细丝，用清水泡上。
（2）把萝卜丝用开水烫熟，抹干水分，加入盐，味精，白糖，鸡蛋，干生粉拌匀待用。
（3）煎锅下油，放入拌好的萝卜丝，用小火煎至一面金黄熟透，铲起切件入碟。
特点: 萝卜切时要细致，不能切得太粗。
