性质:又称补骨脂.内脂,补骨脂香豆素。结晶体(由乙醚中结晶),熔点163~164℃,169~179℃;针状结晶,熔点171℃,熔点161~163℃;无色针状结晶(由乙醇中结晶),熔点189~190℃。溶于乙醇、氯仿,微溶于水、乙醚和石油醚。存在于豆科植物补骨脂(Psoralea corylifolia Linn)的种子,桑科植物无花果(Ficus carica L. )的叶和根中,也可化学合成。具有光敏、止血、抗癌作用。临床用于治疗白斑症、牛皮癣、真菌病、斑秃及由于口服长效避孕药引起的子宫出血等。
