The burst-leakage of "four tube kinds" in utility boilers are main causes leading to non-planned boiler shutdown in power plants,while the main causes resulting in burst-leakage of "four tube kinds" in boilers are:overtemperature excess heating,corrosion,worn-out,and thermal fatigue etc.

The leakage of boiler heating surface accident seriously disserves the normal operation of plant,results in great economic losses.

In the paper,the frequency of boiler tube leakage is counted up in Zhangjiakou Power Plant since the first units gone into operation,the reason of the faults are analyzed,the countermeasures to prevent tubes leakage are introduced,and the esperience in these work is affirmed to make use for reference.
