Methods A total of 980 cases treated by Nd:YAG laser ,including capillary malformation, capillary hemangiomas, vascular nevus and telangiectasis, were followed and were studied retrospectively.
方法:采用Nd:YAG激光治疗毛细血管畸形、毛细血管瘤、毛细血管扩张和血管痣等皮肤血管性病变,根据皮损的不同性质选用不同的激光能量进行照射,对980例皮肤血管性病变患者进行回顾性分析。

strawberry capillary hemangioma
是较小的血管瘤,突出于皮肤表面,好发于面颈部;表面高低不平,似草莓状,界线清楚,呈鲜红或紫色,可逐渐增大及变深而侵入邻近组织及器官。该血管瘤有时可自行消退,或停止发展,但亦可增长甚快,故一旦发现增长过速、扩散或加深,即应进行有效的治疗。
