杉篱 杉篱 医疗器械名。用于四肢骨折正骨复位后作固定之器具。出《医宗金鉴》卷八十九。其制作选用杉木，按伤处之长短宽窄、曲直凹突之形状，做成若干长条形之小板，每一小板之两端各钻一小孔，用绳穿贯联结而成。用法：于手法或手术整复后，先用竹帘围裹捆扎，再加用杉篱紧缚以加强固定之作用。中西医结合正骨医师改进为富有坚韧挺直特点之木质作成适应各骨折部位需要的各种小夹板，使固定加可靠。因此，竹帘、杉篱已逐渐少用。
