性质:稀释率(D)是连续培养装置运转中的一个主要参数(D≈F/V),表示单位容积培养液(V)中不断流入的新鲜培养液的速率(F),其单位为h-1。在稳态运转时,D等于该微生物的比生长速率(μ)。临界稀释率(Dc)指相当于最高比生长速率(μmax)时的D值。若D值超出Dc,则连续培养器中的菌体最终因过于稀释而消失,这一状态常称洗空(washout)。
