| 热管 heat pipe 高效的强化传热元件。广泛用于航天器的温度控制、电子器件的冷却，以及热管等温炉、换热器、太阳能集热器 、深冷手术器和各种能量回收系统中的换热装置等。1942年 ，美国的R.S.高格勒提出热管的工作原理，但未引起人们的注意。1964年，由于航天技术的需要，美国的G.M.格罗弗发明了这种新型的传热元件。此后，这项传热新技术在各国引起了很大的重视，热管的理论、性能、寿命和制造工艺等问题得到了广泛的研究。从70年代开始，热管从实验室研究迅速地转向实用阶段。 热管是一个封闭的系统，主要由管壳，吸液芯和工质组成。种类很多。根据工作温度可分为高温热管（温度高于620K)、中温热管(温度在120～620K之间)和深冷热管(温度低于120K）3种；根据结构特点可分为吸热芯热管、重力辅助热管、旋转热管、等温热管和可控热管等。热管的性能与结构、形状、尺寸、工质物性和重力方向的夹角等有关，其寿命取决于工质与材料的化学相容性。因为不相容会导致热管性能恶化甚至失效。 |
