性质:生物化学家把从细胞质分离出的大量物质称为微粒体,实际上这是在细胞匀浆和超速离心过程中,由破碎的内质网形成的近似球形的囊泡结构,它包含内质网膜与核糖体两种基本组分,但在生化研究中,常常把微粒体与内质网等同看待。在体外实验中,微粒体仍具有蛋白质合成,蛋白质的糖基化和脂类合成等内质网的基本功能。
