CeXIQng』lyo侧向挤压(sideway extrusion)制品流出方向与挤压杆运动方向成900的挤压方法,也称横向挤压。可分为单向侧向挤压和双向侧向挤压(如图所示)。侧向挤压的特点是:挤压模与锭坯轴线成9扩放置,挤压力与锭坯轴线方向一致,这种金属流动机构使制品遍纂 。b今簿黔 侧向挤压示意图 a、乙单向侧向挤压;‘一双向侧向挤压 1一挤压筒;2一挤压杆;3一模子;4一锭坯;5一挤压制品的纵向力学性能差异最小;变形程度大,挤压比可达100:1,制品强度高;要求模具和工具具有高的强度及刚度。该方法被用来制造高质量的航空用阀的弹簧。
