It is concluded that,in the course of stretch bending and straightening,the elastic district thickness is reduced by less than 3%,the decrement of the bending moment is proportional to the square of the tension,the spring-back curvature.
所得结论为,在与反弯矫直相同反弯曲率条件下,弹性区厚度略有减小,其减小量小于3%;弯矩减小量与拉应力平方成正比,其弹复曲率也相应减小;弯曲变形的弹复过程中,部分纤维处于塑性流动状态,弹复曲率和延伸量大于以往研究结果;若弯矩与拉力同步弹复,则弯矩与拉力弹复可按线性关系计算。

As the tension of the heat treatment rose,the crimp frequency and the crimp radius of the monofilament went down,the crimp elongation rate went down,the crimp recovery rate and the crimp modulus of the monofilament and multifilament went up.
