The activated bonding metal is adopted for improving the wetting property of various ceramic phases,Combined with activated metal bonded Al_2O_3-Ti(C,N)and activated metal bonded Al_2O_3-TiC,the design of composition and microstructure,two kinds of ceramic tool materials with a high strength and tough-ness were developed.
通过组成与显微结构的设计研究了活化金属粘结的Ｔｉ（Ｃ，Ｎ）－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３与Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３－ＴｉＣ两类多种组成（牌号）的复合陶瓷刀具材料，这些陶瓷由于组成与显微结构的不同，其切削加工的应用范围亦有所不同，但均具有高的强度与韧性，优良的红硬性和良好的化学稳定性，可满足多种加工对象的要求，在其各自的加工应用范围内，均能发挥出十分优异的切削性能。
