采用琼脂扩散法(打孔法),选择白头翁、夏枯草、黄柏、乌梅、鱼腥草等16种中草药煎剂和复方制剂对从病牛分离出的4种主要致病菌进行了体外抑菌试验,结果发现,乌梅、黄连、白头翁、诃子、黄芩等的综合效果好,8个复方制剂除复方2和复方3对大肠杆菌无抑菌作用,其余均敏感。
