cavernous lymphangioma
是淋巴管瘤的一种，主要长于皮肤组织中，由衬有内皮细胞的淋巴管扩张而成。管内充满淋巴液，皮肤表面突出一个肿块，常见于面、颈等部。表面无色，柔软，压迫之缩小。诊断明确后，局限性应手术切除，巨大者应局部切除改善功能和外形。
