According to the water storage scheme considering the case of extreme rainfall in the Three Gorges reservoir region,transient seepage due to the rising of reservoir water level from 90 to 135m and rainstorm infiltration is calculated using the finite element method.
根据三峡水库一期蓄水方案和库区暴雨情况,利用有限元模拟库水位在90～135m波动和降雨时千将坪滑坡的暂态渗流场,将计算得到的暂态孔隙水压力分布用于滑坡的极限平衡分析,得出边坡稳定系数与库水位上升的关系。

flood diversion stage
fenhong shuiwei分洪水位(flood diversion stage)河道上采取分洪措施时的分洪起始水位。它是相洪口以下原河道安全泄量确定的。河道冲淤变化的河流、其水位流量关系比较稳定，在分洪口处应流量的水位，也是分洪起始水位。但由于洪水道变化复杂，在实际运用时，要根据当时的实际灵活掌握。对水位流量关系不稳定的河道，在制定水位时，还要分析历次洪水的冲淤规律、支流入i泊分流等因素，结合河段情况和分洪要求，综合确定。在设计分洪工程时，要按最大分洪流量设洪工程的分洪能力，相应最大分洪流量时的闸以水位，称为闸(堰)的设计分洪水位。 (高克{在分大相河况洪湖析分前
