补充资料:弯曲模的间隙调整装置

图1为弯曲模的间隙调整装置。在下模上开有长方形孔,其一端带有6°斜度。调整块安装在长方形孔内,相应的面也有6°斜度。调正杆头部是一个偏心圆柱体。调正杆旋转,偏心圆柱体带动调整块上、下滑动,由于有6°斜度,造成间隙变化,调整后用螺母锁紧调正杆。
