性质:以铝合金为基体以硅酸铝短纤维增强的复合材料。硅酸铝短纤维包括非晶态硅酸铝纤维(45%~55%Al2O3,55%~45%SiO2)和晶态硅酸铝短纤维(72%~80%Al2O3,28%~20%SiO2)。采用挤压铸造或压力浸渍工艺制造硅酸铝短纤维增强铝合金复合材料。与基体铝合金相比,硅酸铝短纤维增强铝合金复合材料的高温拉伸强度提高30%,耐磨性提高3~5倍,硅酸铝短纤维增强铝合金复合材料还可应用到发动机一些耐热耐磨零件上。还可进行硅酸铝短纤维与短碳纤维或SiC颗粒混杂,能得到性能更优良的复合材料。
