氨基酸氧化酶 amino-acid oxidase
（1）l-氨基酸氧化酶，存在于肾脏 肝脏 霉菌、蛇毒、细菌等中，为直接氧化l-氨基酸的需氧性脱氢酶。ec1．4．3．2．如果不存在过氧化氢酶，则以h2o2脱羧形成酮酸。
其辅酶是fmn或fad。底物专一性广泛，能很好地氧化亮氨酸、甲硫氨酸等，但不作用于天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸等。但是，鸟类肝脏的酶对碱性氨基酸具有专一性。不过，由于活性低，因此动物的酶对氨基酸代谢是否有意义尚属疑问。但对l-α-羟酸的氧化活性强，也许有这方面的意义。蛇毒的酶分子量约13万、含2分子的fad。
（2）d-氨基酸氧化酶。为氧化d-氨基酸生成酮酸的酶。ec1．4．3．3。
d-氨基酸＋o2→酮酸＋h2o2＋nn3以fad为辅酶，广泛存在于生物中。在动物的肾脏、肝脏中也常见，但其意义欠明。由于能很好地作用于d－α－羧酸，所以也可能是真正的底物。对d-脯氨酸作用最好，但也作用于其他许多氨基酸。猪肾脏的结晶酶分子量为11.5万，含2分子的fad。
