FexOy/SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves were prepared in acid solution with the sol-gel method and hydrothermal method.
在酸性溶液中利用溶胶凝胶-pH值控制两步法直接合成FexOy/SBA-15介孔分子筛,同时利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、小角度X射线衍射(Low-angle XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁强计(VSM)对制备的各种SBA-15介孔分子筛进行结构以及性能的测试、表征。

SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method with polyglycol-polypropanetriol-polyglycol(P123)as template and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silica source,and successively functionalized with 3-chloropropyl-trimethoxysilane and ethylenediamine.
以聚乙二醇-聚丙三醇-聚乙二醇为模板剂、正硅酸乙酯为硅源,在强酸和水热条件下合成了SBA-15介孔分子筛,用氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和乙二胺对分子筛进行乙二胺丙基功能化。

WO_3/SBA-15 catalysts were prepared by impregnation from two alternative tungsten sources(tungstic acid,oxalic acid and tungstic acid,hydrogen peroxide) with mesoporous SBA-15 molecular sieves as support.
以介孔SBA-15分子筛为载体,采用两种不同钨源(H_2WO_4和H_2C_2O_4、H_2WO_4和H_2O_2)通过浸渍法制备了WO_3/SBA-15催化剂;采用X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱法对介孔SBA-15分子筛和WO_3/SBA-15催化剂进行了表征;以硫含量为500μg/g的模拟汽油为原料进行氧化脱硫反应,反应后油相用1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮萃取,考察了萃取剂用量、催化剂用量、氧化反应温度和反应时间对脱硫率的影响。
