超怠性排斥
同种器官移植术后几分钟至几小时或1～2天内发生的一种凶猛的排斥移植物反应。如肾移植术后的超急性排斥的临床表现是术后尿量立即减少至无尿，尿内出现大量蛋白及管型，伴发热及白细胞增高。引起此反应的主要原因是HLA型不相容。因受者在移植前反复输血、多次妊娠及病毒或细菌感染等因素的影响。体内已预先形成对供者HLA抗原的抗体，这些抗体与相应抗原结合，形成免疫复合物，激活补体系统，造成肾血管内皮细胞损伤，大量中性粒细胞和血小板聚积，肾小动脉内血栓形成，阻塞管腔，引起移植物的坏死，它所造成的损伤是不可逆的。目前尚无较好的治疗方法，应以预防为主。
