性质:以分子氧在碱性条件下将纸浆漂白的过程。它具有无氯漂白和无污染漂白的特点,因此是目前漂白方法发展的一个方向。氧碱漂白主要是分子氧的两个未成对的电子对有机物(纸浆中木质素)有强烈的反应倾向,而发生游离基反应。木质素经分子氧氧化,其结构单元的苯环和侧链被氧化,使木质素结构形成氧五环结构或羧酸的衍生物,并进一步形成各种内脂或醌式结构,侧链则发生断裂或消除,这样纸浆中木质素分子量变小而溶出达到漂白或精制的目的。一般纸浆浓度为25%~35%,温度为90~120℃,氧压0.6~1.2MPa,漂白时间约1h。为避免浆中重金属离子(如Mn2+、Fe2+等)对碳水化合物的催化降解,一般在氧碱漂白前可先用硫酸在pH=2.5~3的情况下进行酸处理。保护剂多为碳酸镁或镁的络合物(用量为0.03%~0.05%Mg2+对浆),以提高漂白后纸浆的黏度与强度。
