In this paper, a model of percussion-compact drilling is set up with ANSYS Finite Element Analysis software.
为了对阶梯式钻头的结构进行优化设计,提高冲击挤密钻进效率,采用Drucker-Prager屈服准则为判据,将土体视为DP材料,冲击钻具视为刚体,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了冲击挤密钻进有限元模型,基于APDL参数化语言对阶梯钻头的台阶数目及钻头结构尺寸进行了优化设计和试验研究。
