To separate iron from intergrown silica, We add the regrinding operation of Midding I to existing flotation flowsheet of the Donganshan Mine, and use a new type chelationg collector RN-665 which has better selectivtiy and collective power,obtaining A high-quality iron concentrate with an iron grade of 64.

dengke于u fuxuon llueheng等可浮浮选流程(isoflotability flowshee‘) 在处理多金属矿石时，将欲回收的矿物按自然可浮性的差异，分为易浮和难浮两部分，分别进行混合浮选(见混合浮选流程)得到混合精扩，而后再依次分离出各种有用矿物精矿的浮选流程(如图)。“当多金属矿石中有一种矿物可浮性好，而其他矿物又可分为易浮和难浮两部分时，采用该种流程有利。由于等可浮浮选是在矿浆保持自然酸碱度条件下进行的，不添加调整剂、抑制剂和活化剂，保持了矿物自然可浮性，有用矿物在上浮的过程中不受抑制剂影响，可以充分上浮，又避免了添加活化剂使所有矿物一起上浮，导致分离十分困难的缺点。该流程合理利用矿物可浮性的差异，实行先易后难的合理分选，一般可获得较好的分选指标，并能原矿 下矿 选铅为主，锌、硫等浮 卜一一一一一一一一川 铅一锌、硫分选锌、硫等浮 铅霸孚菩弓‘ 锌精矿硫精矿 等可浮浮选流程图降低浮选药剂的用量。 (李凤楼)
