Shansu fUxuan闪速浮选(flash flotation)在磨矿回路中，用芬兰研制的斯基姆一爱尔(S kim一alr)单槽浮选机及时回收水力旋流器沉砂中粗粒有用矿物的浮选方法。单槽浮选机是在高矿浆浓度下浮选粗粒矿物的独立浮选槽。闪速浮选所得精矿一般为最终精矿，其尾矿返回磨矿机再磨并经旋流器分级后进入常规浮选系统分选。闪速浮选于20世纪80年代初开始在芬兰投入工业生产，用于处理铜金、铜镍和铜黄铁矿矿洁以及铜冶炼炉渣等;随后，在其他一些国家也得到应用。 通常矿石经磨矿后，粗粒级中常有相当数量的单体有用矿物颗粒不能通过分级设备进入浮选，而返回磨矿机再磨，这会导致因过磨而引起的矿泥损失。采用闪速浮选回收磨矿回路中的粗粒单体有用矿物颗粒，可以减少过磨损失、提高回收率;还可减少常规浮选回路的浮选机容积;由于精矿平均拉度增大，可降低精矿滤饼水分;同时，闪速浮选还起均化器作用，有助于稳定常规浮选的给矿品位，使之易于控制。闪速浮选的回收率通常占总回收率的30%一60%。 (石大新)
