性质:又称正磷酸钙,磷酸三钙。白色无定形粉末。密度3.14g/cm3。熔点1670℃。溶于稀盐酸和硝酸,微溶于冷水,不溶于乙醇。在空气中稳定。有α型和β型。β型经加热到1180℃骤冷即变为α型。制法:(1)由磷酸三钠与过量氯化钙(在氨水溶液中)反应制得。(2)精制饱和石灰乳与食用磷酸反应而制得(食品用)。(3)将过磷酸钙煅烧(890~1100℃),再经脱氟,脱硫,冷却,粉碎而制得(饲料用)。易于吸水转变为羟基磷灰石Ca5(OH)(PO4)3(hydroxyapatite)。市售产品常为羟基磷灰石和其他形式磷酸钙之混合物。Ca/P比接近3/2。因此两个名词常被混用。用于制造陶瓷、彩色玻璃、乳白玻璃。用作牙齿粘接剂,塑料稳定剂,家禽饲料添加剂。,在食品方面用作防结块剂,磷钙补充剂,增香剂。
