性质:又称干沉积。物质以干的形式从大气向地表的质量转移过程。一般可分为三类。(1)干落尘。指受重力作用而降落到地面的颗粒。直径一般大于10μm,主要来自土壤颗粒、海盐粒子和燃烧烟尘等。(2)冲击气溶胶。指粒径为1~2μm的颗粒,通过冲击或碰撞才能沉降到地表。(3)吸收气体。指可被地表吸收的气体,它可能会与地表物质发生化学反应。干沉降包含着复杂的物理、化学和生物过程,影响干沉降量的有气象因素(温度、湿度、风速、稳定度等),下垫面特性(海洋、植被、土壤成分及含水量等)以及沉降物质的性质与浓度等。酸性干沉降是由酸性物质形成的,降落地面与水结合后,对生态系统造成危害。碱性干沉降可对酸雨起缓冲作用。
