The heat transfer,concentration and scale fouling of black liquor in horizontal spraying-film evaporator were investigated with wheat straw black liquor from alkaline process and the heat boundary conditions of black liquor to effectively minimize black liquor fouling outside of the horizontal-tube and improve produc-tivity were found.
