It is sequenced and analysed that full length 16S rRNA gene and 16S 23S rRNA internally transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences of 3 strains from genus Arthrospira and 1 strain from genus Spirulina .
测定了节旋藻属 3个品系和螺旋藻属 1个品系的全长 1 6SrRNA基因和 1 6S 2 3SrRNA转录单元内间隔区序列 (ITS) ,分析了已知的节旋藻、螺旋藻和相关品系的相应序列的同源性 ,构建了系统发生树 ,并评价了这两段DNA序列在节旋藻、螺旋藻种属分类和种质鉴定中的意义。

| 螺旋藻属 Spirulina 蓝藻门颤藻科的一属。藻体为单一藻丝，往往多数藻丝聚集形成薄片状。藻丝弯曲，多数作有规律的螺旋状绕转，整个藻丝无胶鞘。能沿其长轴扭曲旋转，向前运动。该属有30种，中国已发现9种。产于淡水、海水和微盐水中。浮游种类有时可大量繁殖，形成水华；有的混生其他藻类中或潮湿的土表。非洲乍得乍得湖产的钝顶螺旋藻和拉丁美洲墨西哥特斯科湖产的巨大螺旋藻被当地居民作为蛋白食品已有百年以上历史。这些藻含蛋白质为干重的55％～65％，有时高达70％以上，已有许多国家和地区培养螺旋藻作人类健康食品和饲养动物的高蛋白质饲料。中国已生产。
