性质:根据散射截面的定义,微分反应截面口,定义为σr定义为σr=I/dΩ/I0,等于单位时间单位立体角中散射的产物分子数与单位时间单位面积中入射的反应物分子数之比,I为产物分子的散射通量,I0为入射分子束强度。散射粒子只有一部分是反应性散射,故又定义反应概率(reaction probability)Prr/σ,等于微分反应截面与微分散射截面之比。说明Pr是分子散射事件中反应性散射所占的分率。影响σr及Pr的因素,除接近程度(撞击参数)外,还与能量形式及能态、空间因素有关。
