补充资料：负压铸造
采用负压造型法生产铸件的一种铸造方法。负压造型又称真空密封造型。这一方法使用的砂箱装有能通气的滤网或蛇形管，通过抽气管与真空泵相连接；使用的造型材料为不含水分和粘结剂的干砂。造型时，先在模板上覆盖一层塑料薄膜，用真空泵抽气，使薄膜紧贴在模板上，然后套上砂箱，再往砂箱中充填造型材料，经震实刮平之后，用塑料薄膜覆盖砂箱顶面，接通真空泵吸出砂粒间的空气，使砂型内形成负压，同时撤除模板真空，让塑料薄膜转而吸附在铸型内腔面上，砂型靠压力差的作用具有一定的强度和硬度。经起模、合箱、浇注、凝固冷却后撤除负压，即可得到所需铸件。负压铸造能应用于各种合金的铸造，是20世纪70年代出现的一种新方法。用这种方法制造出的铸件轮廓清晰，表面光洁，尺寸精确，既适于浇注厚壁铸件，更适于浇注薄壁铸件，有些小直径的孔眼，也能直接铸出。由于造型材料中不含水分和粘结剂，铸件不易产生气孔等缺陷，内在质量较好，砂处理简化，铸件落砂方便，但操作较复杂，生产率低。
