Objective To determine the protection of catechin on aminoglycoside antibiotics otoneurotoxicity in SD rats, and observe the morphologic changes of cochlear efferent nerve terminals and outer hair cells after the injection of kanamycin and the feeding of catechin by the stomach tube.
