性质:混有少量弹性体,冲击韧性优良的聚甲醛共混物。(悬臂梁)缺口冲击强度为纯聚甲醛的7倍,无缺口冲击强度则为30倍;甚至比聚碳酸酯还高10倍。断裂伸长率200%。吸水性小,尺寸稳定性好;耐环境应力开裂性优于聚碳酸酯。拉伸强度(45.1MPa)和弯曲模量(1380MPa)虽不及纯聚甲醛,但在动态环境下耐疲劳性大大增加。由聚甲醛树脂与弹性体混合均匀制得。其成型加工因素对性能的影响较纯聚甲醛大。主要用作苛刻条件下运转的精密部件、传动部件、滑动部件、各种连接器、紧固件等。用于汽车工业和机械制造业。还可用作安全帽、运动器械和特种拉链等。
