In This paper,the system composition and working princople of the material thickness measuring meter of ultrasonic sinter-circle-cooling machines are introduced.

The modification and practice of the 16m 2 ring sintering machine of Taigang were introduced briefly.

In the paper,we introduced main contents and characteristics in the improving design of the 1 # ignitor for ring sintering machine,questions which should be paid attention to in the course of construction,and the effects in the production.

Through constructing 16m 2 annular sintering machine,using new technique for saving energy resources and lowering consumption all continuous casting and roll in one heating of continuous casting billet are implement and some new techniques are developed,so the economic benefit of enterprise is increased and long development of enterprise is promoted.
