原料配方 粳米100克 芹菜100克 瘦肉末50克 盐、味精适量
制作方法
1.先将芹菜摘洗干净，切碎备用。
2.将粳米冲洗淘过、滤干。
3.取干净锅，将粳米放入，加水约800克，置于旺火上煮沸后，改用中火熬煮。待粥将好时，加瘦肉末和芹菜末，煮至米烂，加盐、味精调味，即可食用。
产品特点 有降低胆固醇及血压的作用。
